Underwhelming experience, except location.

Comfort with a side of quirks

The staff really made my stay pleasant. they were friendly and helpful. My room offered ample space and stunning views, making my downtime enjoyable.

However, breakfast options were lacking variety and the toaster was quite slow, leaving many guests impatient. I also found the shower pressure disappointing during my stay.

My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Thunder Bay was delightful! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, which made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the excellent breakfast options, including lactose-free yogurt, which was a thoughtful touch for those with dietary needs.

The King Studio Suite offered a surprising amount of space and function, more than the photos suggested. The breakfast area downstairs served a full lineup of options, providing a nice start to the day.

The entrance to the property had a confusing layout, with no direct access off Arthur Street, which could easily throw off newcomers. The sliding door to the washroom felt a bit flimsy and would have been more secure with a real door. The bathroom fan didn't work properly, making it a little uncomfortable after showers.

Exactly what I think – no more, no less

Clean, spacious rooms with thoughtful amenities like comfy beds and extra sinks for meal prep. The location made it easy to find food and visit attractions. Breakfast was a delicious plus, featuring eggs and meats. Staff were always friendly and accommodating, which added to our enjoyable experience.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a fitness center. I remember how the staff helped me with a phone charger during my first stay. Definitely returning for another city break!
